- All Hallows Eve is one of my favorite weekends to attend the Texas Renaissance Festival, the costumes are over the top. The amount of work these folks into there makeup and costumes is amazing. There are so many photo opportunities at these type of events, most of the participants are happy to stop and let you photograph them. If you are new to photography this is a great place to start.
The Sony A99 with the Sony Zeiss 135 f 1.8 was used to take all the shots. I have fallen in love with this camera and lens combination when taking head shots, and the background blur is wonderful
I will be posting some photos taken with my new Sony FE 55mm lens in my next blog.
